How to Use:
- Shake the liner well and apply 2-3 coats, allowing 5 seconds between each coat.
- After the last coat, apply your lashes directly along the liner. Press and hold for 5-10 seconds to secure.
Note: Our Designer Eyeliners feature a felt tip for a "stick" application, making them suitable for both magnetic and regular strip lashes. In contrast, our black liquid Designer Eyeliner is specifically designed for magnetic lashes and has a "click" feel.
